2.1 These terms and conditions apply to (i) the use of the website and (ii) all purchases of the Company’s products made through the Website. By visiting the Website and making purchases through the Website, you agree to these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”).

2.2 At its complete discretion, the Company may waive its contractual rights or otherwise amend this Agreement, but only to the extent that it benefits you. Any such amendment shall not change the Agreement, will not bind the Company in the future and will not affect any other provision of the Agreement.


3.1 We take utmost care to ensure that the descriptions, measurements and images on the Website accurately reflect our products. Please note, however, that the way that the goods appear on your screen will depend on the device and software you are using. If you have any questions about our goods, please do not hesitate to contact us.

3.2 All prices stated on the Website are in GBP and inclusive of applicable VAT, but do not include the cost of post and packaging. Please note that certain additional taxes and additional charges may apply if the items are being sent outside the European Union, for which you will be solely responsible.


4.1 This Agreement will become binding on you in respect of the purchase at such time after you place the order as when we send you an ‘order confirmation’ email.

4.2 If a product is not in stock we will let you know as soon as possible. All products are sold subject to availability.


5.1 A product purchased on the Website cannot be returned or exchanged for another and no refund will be given, unless is it falls within one of the categories listed in paragraph 4.2 below.

5.2 An item can be returned in the following circumstances:

  1. General returns

A product purchased on the Website can be returned within 14 days of being received by you, but only if is it still in its packaging, unworn, undamaged, still has all its tags on and is in resalable condition. In this case, upon receipt of the returned product by the Company, we will offer, at your option, either a full refund of the price paid for the product or an exchange for another product of equivalent (or lower) price. (Please note that we generally do not resell returned products.)

  1. Faulty items

If a product has a manufacturing defect, please inform us of this within 14 days of receiving the product. We will review the case and if it is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will offer a full refund of the price paid for the product and will give instructions on returning the product. Upon receipt of the returned product (in accordance with our instructions), we will process the refund. We will also refund the standard postage cost of the product that you paid when buying it through the Website and will also cover the postage cost of returning the product, but only up to the amount of the standard postage cost for this product.

5.3 How to return items.

If you fall within one of the categories listed in paragraph 4.1 above and wish to return an item, please do that following:

  1. For general returns (as per paragraph 4.1(a)):
  2. Send the unused product, including all the packaging, and a covering letter containing the information listed in paragraph 4.3(a)(ii) below, within 14 days of receiving the product to the following address:

We recommend that you use recorded delivery services so that you can show that the product has been returned to us.

  1. Enclose with the returning product and the packaging, a covering letter containing the following details:
  1. your name;
  2. order number; and
  3. your email address.

Without this information, we will not be able to process any refund. For security reasons, we recommend you do not enclose any bank account or address details.

  1. For faulty items (as per paragraph 4.1(a)):

Send us an email containing the following information within 14 days of receiving it:

  1. Your name and address;
  2. Order number; and
  3. Reason for return (including proof of manufacturing defect, if applicable).

We will then respond with further questions and/ or instructions.

5.4 Any refunds that are made will be made to the same credit or debit card used to purchase the product.


6.1 We try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and usually within one (1) to two (2) English working days of you placing the order on the Website. At busy times (e.g. Christmas), this may be longer. We will endeavour to do our best to warn our customers on the website of any delays that we may be suffering. If you have certain deadlines or require the products urgently, please get in touch with us and we will advice you whether it is possible to expedite your order and any additional costs associated with this.

6.2 The products will be dispatched in accordance with the postage details shown on the Website. Please note that we may sometimes use a third party to package and post the products to you, and cannot guarantee delivery times. We strive, however, to ensure that our third party partners meet the advertised timeframes, but would also welcome hearing from you if the timeframes are not satisfied.
